I read some discussion here. I would like to respond and explain. Can you post questions here and I'll try to answer. Example: Questions around the bumpers and transport.

The bumper has a certificate. This product is not authorized for Germany on the road (or in the Czech Republic). It is for sporting purposes. Price bumper does not match the rate in CZK? Bumper is more expensive because of manipulation on the border of Germany and other costs. Only PayPal takes 3.4% of the payment etc.. it is set trade regime. Why are trucks more expensive than in the Czech Republic? The problem is sending parcels to Germany. It is significantly more expensive than here in the country. Afraid to buy a potential complaint? How to return goods?

Example by experience:

There is a problem with the product: Snorkel Opel Frontera B.

Products offered by us did not fit exactly on the fender of the vehicle.
Now is available immediately correct model of the product!
According to our Terms and Conditions, snorkel was sent back to our address in Germany. He was then shipped to our warehouse in the Czech Republic. We acknowledge the complaint and the customer are delivered free right model snorkel.

If you would like to return the money, you can do so via bank transfer or PayPal.

Already actively sending products to Germany, if you are a company and you are VAT, we can supply without VAT tax. In this case, please email us a copy of the certificate of VAT payer. Write about what products you are interested in, we will prepare and send an invoice to your email.

After reviewing the information, you can pay by bank transfer or Paypal.

Always inform customers about the date of delivery of the goods and send the package numbers.
